Evan Fisher is an experienced municipal court prosecutor and litigator. Evan presently represents several cities across North Texas in complex litigation and appeals. He works closely with police, code enforcement, and animal control officers to solve their unique enforcement problems. He has extensive experience with addressing substandard structures, resulting in the removal or rehabilitation of dilapidated buildings in several cities.

Relevant Professional Experience

Currently serves as Assistant City Attorney for the Cities of Allen, Farmers Branch, Richardson, Duncanville, Lucas and Sachse.

Currently serves as Municipal Court Prosecutor for the Cities of Allen, Farmers Branch, Seagoville, and the Town of Double Oak.

Has served as Special Prosecutor in the Cities of Justin and University Park for trials that presented complex issues.

Has successfully argued appeals for the Cities of Richardson, Farmers Branch and Justin.

Has served as Litigation Counsel for the Cities of Richardson, DeSoto, Gainesville and Justin.

Volunteers as Teen Court Advisor for the City of Coppell.
