Nicole joins the firm after nearly a decade practicing with two large international law firms where she focused primarily on complex commercial litigation for both public and private clients. She has represented clients in both state and federal court on a wide variety of matters. Ms. Corr has also advised several clients on open government and employment related issues, and served as legal counsel for the 2010 Alaska Redistricting Board.
Served as local counsel for Merck, Sharp & Dohme in lawsuit brought by the State of Alaska for violations of Alaska Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act related to marketing of Vioxx.
Successfully represented the 2010 Alaska Redistricting Board in defending its redistricting plan.
Successfully defended an Alaska native corporation in arbitration brought by two previous executives for breach of employment agreements.
