Currently serves as City Prosecutor for the Texas cities of Richardson, Farmers Branch, Midlothian, and Highland Village.

Serves clients in a variety of legal matters including municipal prosecutions, eminent domain, land use and zoning, economic development, contract drafting and negotiation, real estate transactions, and open government and public information law.
