Autumn is a Native Texan who graduated from Lovejoy High School in Lucas, Texas in 2014. She earned both her undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Texas State University. She returned to Dallas in 2018 to attend SMU – Dedman School of Law and graduated in 2021. Autumn began her legal career working for a boutique firm litigating employment discrimination and civil rights cases. She joined Nichols Jackson after working on the western side of the DFW Metroplex where she also represented municipalities on a variety of legal matters.

Autumn currently serves as City Prosecutor for the cities of Duncanville, Lucas, Midlothian, and Watauga. Autumn is also an approved liability defense counsel for the TML Intergovernmental Risk Pool. She serves the Firm’s clients in a variety of legal matters including litigation, employment law, eminent domain, municipal prosecution, and open government and public information law.
