BIOGRAPHY
Ms. Morris has 15 years’ experience representing cities throughout Texas, both in-house and in private practice. She currently serves as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Lucas, City of DeSoto, and City of Forest Hill, municipal prosecutor for the City of Lake Dallas and Talty and is approved liability defense counsel for the TML Intergovernmental Risk Pool. Courtney is a member of the Texas City Attorney’s Association.
